Job Responsibilities
- Extensively work with Global TA COE team especially for Japan and Korea region in developing talent pipelines for ageing/new requirements.
- Manage the open requisition process and post jobs to our internal website, internal job board and to various external sources.
- Maintain current leading-edge knowledge of external sourcing options (job sites, professional recruiting sites, etc.).
- The role will require prescreening candidates' profiles along with building an active/passive candidate pool.
- Handle interview scheduling, working as the conduit between the recruiter, hiring manager, interview teams and the candidate.
- Adhere to sourcing process, defined SLA, consistency, performance targets, and delivery timelines.
- Provide periodic reports of sourcing team activity as applicable.
- Read and follow the UL's Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of talent acquisition, talent sourcing, or other HR operations.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and understanding of the business.
- Desire to learn new tasks, take initiative, and take on increasing responsibility
- Hands-on experience of working on Global job sites, professional networking sites.
- Experience of working on Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle, SAP, Taleo etc.).
- Hands-on knowledge in Passive Sourcing (AIRS) techniques, market trends, combing the Internet for target companies/candidates' information, etc.
- Effective communication skills either/both in Japanese/Korean.
- Needs to have a valid Japan working Visa or PR.
